Wendy Rae is a dynamic speaker with over 20 years of experience in the Multifamily Industry. She began her career in 1986 as a part-time leasing consultant, and her career path developed with promotions to assistant manager, property manager, senior property manager, and regional manager, before landing in the Director of Training role. In 2000, after a successful career in property management, Wendy Rae left to partner with The Strategic Solution where she stayed for 7 years. In 2007 she decided to concentrate her time as a speaker and trainer with Wendy Rae Walker Associates.

Why I want to be a Mentor

Mentoring is my favorite part of my job. When a property management individual is provided with a mentoring program they are set up for a successful career. I also want to give back to an industry that has provided me with so much.
