Terri Trainer began her career in property management 17
years ago in San Antonio, Texas. Her career has taken her
across the country -- from Atlanta, Georgia to Irvine,
California -- and has provided her with a wide range of
experience including on-site sales, management, corporate
marketing and education. During her career, Terri has served
some of the nation’s leading management companies in the
roles of Director of Education, Director of Marketing and
the Director of Performance Solutions.
Now based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Terri operates
Trainer Performance Partners, which provides
learner-centered, performance-based education solutions that
positively impact the profitability of the client’s
organization. With a belief that education is a process, not
an event, Terri strives to incorporate real-life application
opportunities into all aspects of the educational process.
Terri specializes in sales, marketing, customer service and
Voyager training. She is also sought after to make
presentations on dining etiquette, business
protocol/communication etiquette, leadership development and
personal motivation. Terri also partners with her clients to
establish in-house Training Departments, needs assessment
tools and internal mentoring programs.
Committed to the industry, Terri is a regular presenter at
events such as the National Brainstorming Conference, as
well as various Apartment Association and IREM events across
the country.
Bring Terri’s unique education style to your organization.
Why I want to be a Mentor Nothing provides me
with satisfaction like helping someone succeed in their
personal and/or professional life. I’ve been fortunate to be
on the mentor and mentee sides of the mentoring
relationship. As a mentor, it’s my pleasure to provide
encouragement when needed, advice when asked, and a safe
place to bring challenges and frustrations. I strive to
develop long term relationships, based on mutual trust and
respect, and look forward to sharing my experiences and
resources to the benefit of my mentee. |
