Why I want to be a Mentor

Mentorships are important opportunities to young professionals. I am at a stage in my career where I still seek mentorship from my more experienced peers, but am also capable for providing mentorship to those with less experience than myself. Passing along what I have learned and am in the process of learning is an important way for me to reinforce my knowledge and evaluate if it is still valuable to me still. I also would hope to learn from the mentee as well. Someone who is fresh and not cynical and has big ideas can restore your passion and excitement for marketing apartments.
