Why I want to be a Mentor

To serve as a conduit to ongoing learning and performance improvement has been a lifelong passion of mine. To be able to share my expertise, resources and knowledge while positively impacting a Mentee as well as their circles of influence would provide a meaningful purpose, a potential legacy of giving - and be an incredible honor. As a Mentor, I, too would continue to learn, grow and blossom.
