Jamie Gorski
Jamie Gorski is the Chief Marketing Officer at KETTLER in
McLean, Virginia where she is responsible for strategic
planning, third party business development, brand
enhancement & standards, corporate communications, as well
as Internet marketing and statistical market analysis. Ms.
Gorski oversees the marketing department that handles
KETTLER’s corporate identity as well as marketing efforts
for business development, property management, multifamily
development, commercial, and planned communities.
At KETTLER, Ms. Gorski has overseen such major initiatives
as launching a new brand, developing the corporate web site,
launching a major public relations campaign, bringing 3,00
new condominiums to market and winning third party services
contracts for over 4000 units. She has also worked to
advance KETTLER’s advertising and collateral campaigns as
well as improve the corporate and site-specific visual
identities.
Prior to joining KETTLER, Ms. Gorski served as Vice
President of Marketing for Archstone-Smith in Arlington,
Virginia. Prior to the merger with Archstone, Jamie was Vice
President of Marketing for Charles E. Smith Residential for
over ten years. Ms. Gorski’s accomplishments include
spearheading the Charles E. Smith Residential "Leaders In
Urban Living" re-imaging campaign which encompassed a
complete reworking of the graphic standards, marketing
initiatives and websites. Ms. Gorski was instrumental in the
development of the company's Internet marketing strategies,
especially the creation of the Smith Virtual Marketing
Department. During Ms. Gorski’s tenure, Charles E. Smith
Residential was the number one performing REIT in the
country.
Ms. Gorski has won numerous national marketing awards
including over twenty Pillars of the Industry Awards for
best brochures, best sales & marketing campaigns, best
Internet marketing and best projects. She also won an
international award for the Alban Tower's brochure.
At Ohio State University, Gorski received a B.S. in
mathematics and was captain of the Ohio State swim team. She
won a Big Ten Championship and was a NCAA National finalist.
Ms. Gorski and her daughters reside in Annapolis, Maryland. |
