Having started Urbane Apartments in 2003, after leaving a lengthy stint as a Senior Vice President at Village Green Companies, I decided I wanted to create wealth, and set out from Corporate America on my own and created Urbane Apartments in Royal Oak, MI. I have no idea just yet if we will find the treasure, but we are having a great time and learning a lot. It has been a humbling, but productive experience.

We acquire, rehab and reposition distressed apartment properties, by breathing new life into these buildings. We have established a solid track record of effectively repositioning an existing rental property to maximize rents and add value for our investors and partners. While we believe that The Urbane Product significantly sets us apart, we also believe our unique approach to Underground Marketing and Property Management, focusing on the Residents Experience also helps us achieve some of the highest rents per S/F and per unit in SE MI
